BLUEBERRY & CROWBERRY is a natural dietary supplement with Arctic extracts from the north. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress. Similar to blueberries, crowberries contain large amounts of flavonoids, which are antioxidants that strengthen capillaries and keep blood vessels clean.

Blueberries are very rich in antioxidants. They are a source of vitamin E, vitamin C, and folate, and also contain tannins, fruit acids, flavonoids, carotene, iron, and magnesium. One of the main sources of high antioxidant levels is blueberries and crowberries from Northern Norway. The antioxidant content is greater in blueberries picked in Northern Norway, where the sun shines all day during the summer growing season.
Similar to blueberries, crowberries contain large amounts of flavonoids, which are antioxidants that strengthen capillaries and keep blood vessels clean. Crowberries are usually harvested in the fall, but since they are somewhat self-preserving, they can remain fairly well under the snow and can also be harvested during the snowmelt in spring. The good shelf life is likely due to the presence of organic acids (quinic, malic, citric, and benzoic acids) and other substances that inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in the berries.
